This Upper/Lower split program was designed and used by me (Gene Dinh) to develop strength and hypertrophy gains. The program is designed for both beginners and moderate to advanced athletes.
How It Works:
- There are 5 training days per week based on a upper/lower split with 1 active recovery day.
- Simple and effective waves of progression for maximum hypertrophy, strength development, and recovery.
- The first half of the mesocycle will have you progress in repetitions, followed by an increase in load, ending in repetition advancement.
- Can be used repeatedly or used as a base for our powerlifting program to maximize strength gains.
